Drawing on millennia-old knowledge of “The Energetic Human,” Jette Holm’s many books, and Adam Mads Heindorf’s great creativity, we have remained true to the chakra system and the symbols that support us physically, psychologically, mentally, and spiritually.
We have carefully selected the gemstones, metals, designs, colors, and archetypes to ensure the jewelry has the purest aesthetic. What these symbols have in common is that they are universal, so they affect us all in the same way.

What is a chakra?
The chakra system is a system dating back more than 2,000 years that describes the whole person. It serves as the link between body and soul. It is an energetic counterpart to physical glands, joints, organs, and emotional states.
It is a center of energy, also known as Chi or Prana. The focus is on the seven major chakras, the so-called “main energy centers.” According to Buddhists, we actually have over 80,000 minor chakras, that is, energy “openings” in the body.
Each of the seven main chakras represents a core aspect of our lives, psyche, bodily functions, and spirituality.
The system is logical and comprehensive
We’ll start with the first chakra (the root chakra) and the most basic needs and lower bodily functions. This is where the color red resonates. It is the slowest-vibrating of all colors. It is the color closest to the earth.
We conclude with the 7th chakra (the crown chakra), our visions, spirituality, and light. This is where the violet color resonates. It is the fastest-vibrating of all colors.
The structure of the chakra system resembles Maslow's hierarchy of needs in many ways.
Each of the seven main chakras corresponds to the seven colors of the rainbow and their associated vibrations and qualities.
It's all about balance, and it is the balance between these chakras that is crucial to our physical and mental well-being.
Thus, the whole person—in terms of energy—is also taken into account in all holistic treatment systems, such as reflexology, acupuncture, healing, and so on.
What do the chakra symbols represent?

We have chosen to incorporate animal symbols that support and illustrate the qualities of the chakras. These symbols are universal, meaning they affect us all in the same way when they appear as symbols on jewelry, in dream work, and so on.
Why crystals and gemstones?
Just like colors, crystals emit energy. In other words, they are also a tool for working with frequencies.
Crystals work like a tuning fork.
Crystals (quartz) have a constant vibration, which is why they are used in clockworks and other mechanical devices that rely on precise oscillation. It is thanks to the crystal in quartz watches that the watch keeps accurate time. The purer the quartz, the more accurate the watch—and the more expensive it is. You can compare the effect of a crystal or gemstone on the body and mind to the effect of a tuning fork on an instrument. Think of yourself or parts of your personality as the instrument that needs to be balanced by the tuning fork.
In addition, crystals contain minerals that also play a role in maintaining our body’s balance. Crystals and minerals are therefore naturally included in some homeopathic remedies.
Researcher Dr. Masuro Emoto also demonstrated how crystals in water can alter the pH level and create new vibrations.
Things to Know About Metals
Silver and white gold
represent the energy of the moon. It is a Yin energy—an inward-turning energy that has a calming and soothing effect.
Gold
Vibrates with the energy of the sun. It is a Yang energy. An outward-directed masculine energy that is invigorating and uplifting.
Black Gold
It has the red ray and is a distinct root chakra energy. That is, it is more physical and direct.
Rose Gold
Has a warm, more rosy-red energy. It is deep and dynamic.

What can colors do?
The energy of colors is of the same type as X-rays and radio waves. Everything in nature emits its own form of electromagnetic radiation—plants, animals, and humans alike. Every object has its own wavelength, its own frequency. The same is true for every shade of color. Red has the lowest frequency of the colors of the rainbow, while violet has the highest. The colors with the low frequencies are what we commonly call warm colors, while the colors with the high frequencies are usually called cool colors.

An affirmation is a statement of affirmation, a phrase you can choose to add to reinforce your desire. An affirmation is a form of self-suggestion, just like all the other words and thoughts you use.
